I've taken note of some interesting phone stand designs that have appeared over the last few years in the 3D printing community, specifically designs that increase the efficiency of sound transfer through the use of a horn shape.
However, I didn't like the "Gramophone" aesthetic so much. I wanted a convenient stand, simple in form but functional in design beyond just staging a phone at a viewing angle.
This is what I came up with and it has a horn cavity that takes sound pressure from the bottom speaker port and redirects it through a relatively long and shallow divergent cone.  it's taken a few iterations but has proven itself to be quite effective.
Printed in clear PLA with a thin wall thickness to enhance resonance.
