The Archmount started as an idea thought up by my good friend, Steve Guzman. Steve is a very design conscious, idea rich and marketing savvy individual and together we worked well together.
I utilized his sketches and ideas to prototype a simple proof-of-concept in Polyjet material.
After some iteration, testing and design for injection molding, we were satisfied with the product and proceeded with a Kickstarter campaign to fund the tooling and production of the design.
