My experience with motorcycle component design and manufacture consists of engineering, prototyping and running small scale production operations. During my time at Flyrite Choppers I had the opportunity to learn and experiment with sandcasting and pattern making. Designing, prototyping and producing brake caliper assemblies was an in-depth learning opportunity.
