When I design jewelry it usually starts with two thoughts: 1) "What does this material want to be?" and 2) "What significant symbolism do I want to incorporate?"
When I make jewelry it is for a significant reason. I have made wedding rings, anniversary and memorial gifts for my friends and loves ones.
My style and methods incorporate industrial elements because they are influenced heavily by my time as a machinist and a model maker. I often use exotic materials, fasteners and special metal finishes.
